- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut each pita bread into eight wedges, like you would a pizza.
- Spread the wedges out onto a baking sheet, making sure they're not overlapping.
- Brush each wedge with olive oil, then sprinkle salt and garlic powder on top.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated ovePlace the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the pita chips are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove the pita chips from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
