Includes 1 pack of dry sourdough starter, starter flour blend, glass jar with lid, silicone spatula, rubber identification band, and simple-to-follow instructions.
Following instructions provided, the starter will normally be activated and ready in 2-3 days.
You will also need a scale (not included).
